Take it to Best Buy and hire a GEEK, I think someone gave out that advice to Chief, no to long ago...
Tried almost everything on the Adobe website. Just tried that link again and restarted. Still can't see Kenny on youtube or the Peep's school website!!!

I SO wish I was your geek squad, but alas, do not know how to fix this one. I agree, go see the nerd herd at BB.
